We together conceive the optimal and economic strategy for that and the structure of selling and transfer these then purposefully for you.

 

Examples:
Flexible adhesives are not yet well known by roofers and plumbers. The company Sika GmbH, a prominent manufacturer of flexible PU, sees here for its products SikaBond T1 and SikaBond T2 a large application, but has however so far no access to these market segments. To opening these markets and the organisation of the selling of the products the following concept was developed and transferred by RoofTech: market study, product launchand and building up the sales organisation were the main tasks.

The company Reichlmeier Metallprofile GmbH, a system manufacturer from the flat roof sector had develops the high-grade MONSUN - drainage system for the flat roof market. Small selling capacities and missing contacts caused the management to assign RoofTech the market introduction and the structure of selling.
PREFA Ges.m.b.H., aluminium roofs and facades, is a successful company producing system components made of coloured-coated aluminium. The management  persistently looked for new market segments and assigned the job to RoofTech. The management received an optimal basis for its decision for the efficient market expansion by the means of market analyses and the exact processing of the data.

 

Lobbying
For many years RoofTech Consulting GbR has effectively represented the interests of companies and company alliances to authorities and ministries. The concerns of the represented companies are discussed and promoted positively and effectively with the responsible organisations. Reciprocally the companies get important information and advice for their strategic direction.

Inititative PRO METALLDACH  Kupfer + Zink
Regulations from the ministry of the environment in southern Germany for metal roofs of copper and zinc regarding rainwater infiltration caused much uncertainty among the clients, designers and even authorities. The result was a decrease of new metal roofs in copper and zinc. In January 2002, the leading manufacturers of copper and zinc therefore founded the "Initiative Pro metal roofs of copper and zinc" within the metal industry federation. RoofTech represents this initiative throughout Baden Württemberg.     
Due to lobbying and consultation by RoofTech at the ministry of environment, public offices and  administrations, associations, designers and craftsmen affected projects could again be carried out using the materials copper and zinc. Existing regulations were changed in favour of copper and zinc. In other German states there are similar problems facing authorities. The successful engagement of RoofTech has therefore been extended to all of Germany.
